In order to continually maintain the quality of services, the company will emphasize a quality communication and cooperation with each customer during designing and construction process. ARHITRAV Design and Construction will encourage customer feedback during and after each phase of the project. To document all important comments and therefore timely address them, the company will keep an on site log book that will be available for customer's written feedback during the construction phase.
